Interactive Physics Library of Examples for Physics - FREE DOWNLOAD

Jun 17, 2009

We've created a "Library of Examples" program that complements the Interactive Physics program. It acts as a kind of file navigator which is packed full of our favourite Interactive Physics simulations for teaching physics. You can browse to the topic you are teaching to find some great Interactive Physics example simulations. You can even use it to organise and write guidance for your own Interactive Physics simulations.

The Interactive Physics Library

It is windowns only and requires an Installation of Interactive Physics ( to run the files ). A local installation of MS Word is also required to preview the examples - though this is not entirely essential. The library comes "as is" - I'm afraid at this price we can't offer any support.

Download the Interactive Physics library of examples for Physics (11 MB)

If you teach UK A-level Mathematics Mechancis M1-M5 this IP Maths library of examples will suit you better because it is mapped to the UK M1 - M5 courses from Edexcel, AQA, OCR and MEI.

IP Maths or Interactive Physics - Confused?

Jun 03, 2009

If you're confused about the names IPMaths and Interactive Physics I'm sorry and I hope this will help:

IP Maths and Interactive Physics are one and the same. We started calling Interactive Physics "IP Maths" when we created a library of examples for the A-level Maths Mechancis Modules and the name stuck. When you buy Interactive Physics from us it doesn't matter whether you use it for mathematics mechanics or physics - you get the example libraries for both maths mechanics and physics.

Interactive Physics at the MEI Conference 09

Jun 03, 2009

I've been invited to do a workshop at the MEI Annual conference 09, which is at University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield on Monday June 29th to July 1st. If last year's conference is anything to go by it should be very interesting and a great social occasion.

My talk which is a joint effort with Stephen Lee of MEI / FM Network is called "Effective use of ICT in Mechanics". I'll be demonstrating Mechanics-online.com for Mechanics M1 and Interactive Physics Maths - our flexible and powerful desktop mechanics modelling program.

If you are coming to the conference please come to the workshop!
